QBA is a business development brand and organization that builds business relationships with quintessential African brands while transforming that relationship into real value for the brand and its customers. That is, value that builds brand awareness, drives sales, increases business growth and stakeholder satisfaction.

Mission statement:

To become the most prominent business development organization for our clients through the delivery of excellent strategies designed to empower African brands and businesses.

Objectives:

  • To increase the preference for quality African products by local and foreign consumers, employing mass media as the campaign tool.
  • To foster the integration of African businesses through partnership programs that will stimulate significant collective growth.
  • To make African brands gain remarkable international recognition and immortality.

 QBA promotes African companies, businesses, organizations and entrepreneurs in ways that demonstrate their brand promise and values. We advertise by showcasing to Africans and the rest of the world quality African brands, products and services. We pursue programs that create a resounding awareness of young African companies that need to be supported.

We aim to buttress the growth of African businesses by providing continuous exposure of their products to target markets (local& abroad) thereby increasing sales and expanding capacity rapidly.

QBA works with African brands, products and services that cut across all sectors of business in Africa (Agriculture, Manufacturing, Healthcare, Energy, Financial Services, Arts & Crafts, Garments, Textiles& Fashion, ICT, Building & Construction, etc.). Our work also highlights many of the opportunities, successes and challenges facing local businesses in Africa. Various entrepreneurs, businessmen/women, policy makers, regulators, researchers, captains of industries, journalists and the general consuming public are featured on our platforms.

The media through which QBA executes its mission includes: an exclusive website, television, radio, social media, magazines, trade fairs/shows, conferences, sales promotion events etc. Starting from Ghana, QBA will reach all the major target markets in West Africa, North Africa, Central Africa, East Africa and Southern Africa. QBA also seeks to open up a global market place for its clients by fostering partnerships with organizations in Europe, America, Asia and the African Diaspora.

Our team has 4 departments made up of entrepreneurs and professionals drawn from various fields in marketing, advertising, sales, information communication technology, journalism, customer service relations, economic research and business analyses. We are committed to putting together our resources and experience to achieve our mission.

Business Development, Sales & Marketing

Johnny K. Combey (Team Lead): BSc in Agriculture. He is an experienced entrepreneur in the print advertising & marketing space. He is currently the Administrative Manager of Amalgamated Investments Ltd and Co-founder & director of 255 Company Ltd in Accra, Ghana. He has 8 years’ work experience.

Editorial & Media

Abdallah Mohammed (Chief Editor): BA in Communication Studies and MA in Public Affairs. He has worked in various capacities in the media in Ghana (newspaper, radio & TV). He currently works with Metro TV in Accra as a broadcast journalist and a producer. He has 9 years’ work experience.

Abraham Lartey (Journalist): BA in Journalism. He has written & edited articles for newspapers, magazines, religious and educational books. He has also hosted radio and television shows. He is a poet who currently emcees corporate and social events in Accra, Ghana. He has 8 years’ work experience.
